Chaap Junction — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

First experience : I bring my family to this place and ordered KFC that they served 15 minutes after preparing because they have lot of customers. So KFC chaap for 180rs was cold. And at the same time I ordered one paneer tikka too, That they probably put in tandoor and took out within one minute because they have lot of customers to serve. So paneer tikka was not smoky neither properly cooked ..again 180rs wasted.

Second experience: I ordered one tawa chaap masala from zomato..we received that too much spicy..again wasted money.

Third experience : I ordered today paneer tikka half for 100rs and kadhai paneer half for 100rs and shared my last two experiences too. To my surprise again they made the same "do kaudi ka paneer tikka" . No smoky flavour,no crisp just paneer and some spices and onion..and kadhai paneer also "Do kaudi ka" same gravy of tawa masala chaap, instead of chaap, there was paneer..that's it. Because they have lot of customers to serve.

This was my last experience.. if you are hungry and last joint of rudrapur is closed.. than you can order something from here. Or in case you are boozing then you can...

I recently tried the malai chaap at this restaurant and was impressed! The chaap was tender and juicy, and the malai sauce was rich and creamy. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was overall very delicious. The portion size was also generous, and the presentation was appealing. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more spice to give it an extra kick. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. The place has unique vibes i.e.Little bit cozy. You can easily find the place as it is just near the rudrapur gurudwara... I tried malai chaap and chatpati chaap... Malai is tasty you can try this but I didn't like chatpati chaap, maybe the chaap is a little bit burnt so the taste...
