The Chaudhury Coffee Shop is one of those hidden places you need to discover on your own. Dhaba-like dark interiors with no pretenses but high on local atmosphere coz the locals gather here for inexpensive chai and samosa. That and coffee is the sum total of its offerings till noon. The milk coffee and samosa was surprisingly good. So good, in fact, that though I'm no fan of samosas, I ordered a repeat. It was soft and crisp and freshly made. Over chai and samosa, I was a quiet listener to half-a-dozen overheard conversations, as the locals spoke of marriages, legal problems, and a sundry other things. Really...
