I have honestly been a fan of their food (especially Afghani Momos and Peanut Eggs) ever since the time they were a food truck!
And now, especially after they have relocated themselves, the place has totally upgraded it's menu and has everything to offer that you need in cafe!
I believe what makes the place 'Dope' is not just their food but also the aura and vibe that they create with their approach towards the customer, their ambience and not to forget- the homeliness!
Food wise they serve a good variety of Mexican, Italian, Oriental and Tandoori Cuisine! The best part being that none of the food feels heavy to the stomach, so you not only get to enjoy it but also eat as much as you want! In fact what I found even more enterprising were their breakfast trays, totally a first-of-it's-kind of concept in Dehradun!
Now talking of their ambience, the entire aesthetic of the place is a beautiful blend of foresty-wooden-cafe, themed with a touch of boho! And when they say courtyard, they offer three different Seating's to you to choose from. From an open-air courtyard with benches to your coffee tables on the inside with high-back chairs and high-legged stools to a bonus of a loft seating as well! So basically you get to choose your space! Thus, I totally found this place apt for co-working, gathering, brunches and dates!
Honestly speaking, for me, Dehradun as a small little cafe would be this place. It offers greenary, calm and peaceful vibe and obviously- the Momos!
For Final verdict, Tandoori chic recommends you to try their Afghani Tandoori Delicacies, Barbeque Wings, Rub Potato Wedges with Hummus, Peanut Masala Eggs, Hand-Beaten Coffee and the...

Cute little food truck that resides inside the white picket fence. Dope is not just a place, it's more of a feeling of sitting outside eating, mountains sorrounding you with good music playing in the background. The place opens later in the evening and stays open till 11ish at night. They have few wooden chair there, some of those fairy lights wrapped around a tree in the middle so you can see in the dark. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Food - 4/5. They don't have a fixed traditional menu like everyone restaurants but they mention their special dishes on a green board placed outside the truck. I spotted a varietes of momos, a lot of non-veg dishes, mostly starters and few paneer, mushroom and egg starters for eggetarians. Basically every quick eats and on-the-go food that you would need. I really liked what I ate here specially afgani momos.it was tremendously delicious. Seemed like the chef had some previous experience with food. I found that it came to Dehradun in 2016 and been serving since which also makes it one the first authentic food truck of town(to my knowledge) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Price : Approx ₹300-450 for two. The price is definitely lower but again with my food truck theory "food trucks are supposed to cost you less and provide same quality of food that a restaurant does". But it is worth it, EVERYONE SHOULD GO THERE...

From traditional favorites like biryani and Indian Mughlai dishes to international delights such as burgers and pizzas, there's something for everyone. Additionally, the cafe boasts a wide selection of continental options, dim sums, tikkas, rolls, and appetizers, providing a plethora of choices to indulge in.
Beyond the culinary offerings, DOPE also excels in its beverage selection, catering to both non-alcoholic and alcoholic preferences. Whether guests prefer refreshing mocktails, crafted cocktails, or a selection of wine, the cafe ensures a satisfying drink experience to complement the delectable food options. The only disappointing thing which I found was the lack of options in light beer. Sadly such was our experience of beer on Monday night (18th March 2024) at Karigari, Basque and Pind Balluchi.
Overall, DOPE is a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts seeking an unforgettable dining experience where they can explore a diverse range of flavors and enjoy a relaxed ambiance with their choice...
