Pros- This place has a consistent quality and everytime I visit, the food is delicious as always. I like the service and food quality of this place. The staff is very cordial and the food delivery is very quick. The food is very tasty, the presentation is great and it's always fresh.

Cons- The ambience could be improved a lot. The sitting area floor is usually unclean, and it spoils the ambience somewhat. The air conditioning does not work since they usually have their doors open in the middle of noon heat wave. They could improve the cleanliness of the sitting area, and keep the doors closed so that fleas don't enter the place....

The experience was really bad. I booked it for my nephew’s birthday, earlier at the time of booking everything told was sugar coated but at the time of deliver the arrangement was clumsy, misquotes flying everywhere and the party corner was totally waste-area and on top of that the AC was not working and at the time of booking it was not mentioned. Later at the time of the function nobody bothered about the temperature condition, all guests were sweating and the Resturant was least bothered. Waste of money and precious time.. They sold me expire orange bite sweet which priceis 1400.00 pr kg . The turner road shop is not good. The manager is' bin pendi ka lota' . When I meet him for this issue he told me he follow the instructions of his boss. I am a customer of Gulab sweet from last 10 years from rispana pul store never faced such kind of problem but turner road store is selling low quality and expired product in the name of gulab brand.
