Latest: dirty sitting area they only removed trays but didn't clean the tables food was spilled over the tables instead of serving best they r focusing on asking can I take ur phone to rate our outlet which is complete baseless as we r suppose to be doing that to share our experience and ya most importantly the chicken taste unfresh ,the staff was unprofessional felt like I m at some StreetSide stall all this bad experience back to back. i guess it was a later shift of that outlet all new faces as i m a regular customer there and know every person there from last one year

I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your KFC outlet in Dehradun. My child was made to stand in a queue for over 20 minutes, only to receive the order very late. To add to the frustration, no bill was provided for the order.

The manager on duty, Ms. Rubani Singh, was extremely rude and uncooperative when we inquired about the delay and the missing bill. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially towards customers with children.
