KFC — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

They don't know how to talk to people I have been a loyal customer of kfc from last 7 to 8 years I order almost every week but had the worst experience while takeaway order today itself, I ordered two buckets 1 hot and crispy bucket 1 strips bucket they punched it order ready when I came to pickup the order it's not ready they said , then they said we don't have full strips right now it will take 6 mins to make then then they said hot and crispy is not ready then they said it will take 15 mins First time experienceing this type of behavior and service in any of the kfc outlet Worst behavior of the staff I experienced It has been more than 25 minutes I have not received the order yet.... Worst experience ever...

My elderly parents visited KFC for an outing, this was a mistake as the personnel did not attend and we're not considerate enough that they are not technically sound. Neither a bill was provided. I would want action to be taken on the staff today. The authority is not paying any heed to how customers should be catered. This was a hopeless experience. They were shameless to shy away when asked and still were attending GenZ and youth.

KFC experience has been unruly and disgusting. Eventually when the order arrived cold after 1 hour my parents brought it back home...
