I was having no Idea where to stay when I went to kainchi dham this second time. The cab stopped in front of this property and I asked for the tariff. the guy and we negotiated and a rate was fixed. The place is real bliss. just opposite to the aashram, well almost!!. the season is rainy now and raindrops were making the entire valley greener and greener. the clouds coming down on the mountains and it was all indescribable. The rooms were clean and new. There was a positivism in the area and I enjoyed the stay a lot. The guy who serves there a small kid pankaj is very polite and decent. The another attraction is the Dog of the owner- Toffee. But yes there are some drawbacks which can be ignored like no dressing table for ladies, no bedside switches, no cloth hangers in the wardrobe. Cary your medicines, other supplies of any kind as you will not get anything there at all. And after 4 pm you will not be able to go anywhere until unless you have your own conveyance of any sort. The owner himself is a devotee of Neeb Karori baba or neem karoli baba since his past generation. The most important thing buy a BSNL SIM if you wish to use internet . the only networks which works there are Vodafone with 2g slow speed and BSNL 3g speed. No Airtel. May be someone should tell bharti mittal...

सावधान।

मैंने 26 मई को यहां रुकने के लिए 16 मई को ही 10 दिन पहले होटल को 200 रुपये एडवांस paytm करके बुक करवाया। हम लोग शाम 4:15 पर यहां पहुंचे लेकिन एडवांस बुकिंग और पहले से ही पहुंचने का टाइम बताने के बाद भी कमरा हमें शाम 5:15 मिला। इन्होंने मुझे फोन पर 1000 रुपये रूम का किराया बताया और कहा कि आप आ जाओ जब आओगे तो डिस्काउंट करके 800 का लगा लेंगे लेकिन यहां आने के बाद इन्होंने कोई डिस्काउंट नहीं दिया। यहां तक भी चलो ठीक था सबसे बेकार चीज ना तो इनका tv चला और रूम-सर्विस नाम की तो कोई चीज है ही नहीं इनके पास। इसके अलावा कैंची-धाम पर लगभग 1 दर्जन होमस्टे हैं आप कहीं भी रुके लेकिन यहां ना रुके वहीं सभी लोगों के लिए उचित है। यहां रुकना पूर्णतः पैसे...
