Mimi's Kitchen ... a 'Trattoria' with Handcrafted Pizzas — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

I recently visited Mimi's kitchen and was blown away by the pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were so flavorful. The cheese garlic bread was also a standout - the cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the garlic flavor was just right.

The service was also great - our server, Ankit, was very friendly and attentive. However, the one downside to the visit was the washroom situation. For such a beautiful cafe, the washroom was not very nice. It was dark, Indian style and no proper sink. Not at all comfortable.

Overall, Mimi's kitchen is a great spot for a delicious meal, especially if you're in the mood for pizza and cheese garlic bread. Just be prepared for less-than-ideal...

Absolutely the best pizza one can eat in this part of world. The place is on the highway and bit off major tourist routes but I think its worth taking the trip just for the pizza. The lady running the shop prepares the dough herself and use locally grown veggies and cheese....the result is an absolutely soft pizza with crunchy crust........I don't think I can get this good pizza...

The Pizzas are regulartending towards good.Lemon ginger tea can be better.Since my last visit the ambiance has taken a dip. There is no place to wash hands and the way to the washroom is more of an obstacle course. Sheetal however,retains her ability to...
