Lately, @caprusgourmets invited me to taste the Garwali Cuisines launch at @olivegreensdoon . If I say I had a great time there, you would think that what if it was because they knew the bloggers had been invited? Right? But see, I also analyse how they treat the other customers that visit them during the same period. So with conviction, this is worth visiting.

The ambience is soothing, and I applaud their considerate staff that made it worth our time.

Talking about cuisines, I would say that I tasted a luscious main course meal after a long time. Even sangria was relishing. Yeah, I believe you should take your family/friends there if in Dehradun. The location is easily accessible as it is near the highway and has an almost sufficient parking area.

recently dined at Olive Restaurant, and while the ambiance and food were fantastic, I had a frustrating experience with the billing.

Upon reviewing my bill, I noticed that GST had been incorrectly applied to my liquor consumption. Since liquor sales are generally exempt from GST, I brought this to the attention of the staff. Unfortunately, they were not able to address the issue, and my concern remained unresolved.

This lack of attention to billing accuracy was disappointing and overshadowed what could have been a perfect evening. I believe that proper training and awareness regarding billing practices are essential for providing excellent service.

@olivegreensdoon a family restaurant providing variety of dishes and now also serving authentic garhwali cuisine. This was our first time trying authentic garhwali food and we were quite happy with the exceptional dishes served also with jakhye ka tadka.The dishes were delicious, flavourful and felt very homely🌸 So if you're a someone who loves garhwali cuisine or if you want to taste the flavour of pahadi food this is the place for you! .
