Yellow Hills Uttarakhandi and Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Being a resident of Dehradun just sharing below.

Yesterday, Saturday 22-Mar-2025, we had a small function for our child's Namakaran Sanskar at Yellow Hills. It was a day-only function started around 11:30 AM and ended at ~03:00 PM. It included usual items like starters, main course etc.

The service was extremely bad for starters as being a host I had to ask the serving staffs to serve things to guest as they come every time. They had to be proactive, vigilant and come forward by themselves rather host asks them for the same. That didn't end there. I myself had to serve many things to the guest's table as I had already asked serving staffs to take care of every coming guest multiple times but it didn't work out as expected.

In the Main Course, they offered three types of breads(rotis) at the time of booking but only one type of roti was served on final day. Again a huge miss from their side.

Although while making the payment, I did full payment to the concerned person without asking any consideration in the bill. But as a courtesy, I should have been given some waive-off in the bill as form of reparation. But yes, I was told "sorry for the inconvenience" which is so heavily used to clear off any blunder/mistake.

Importantly - no suggestion, no sermon nor a preaching, these minors thing should be taken care of so precisely to provide a smooth hospitality. Although I never believe in finding faults in anyone but unfortunately I am extremely disappointed by the service I was given. So not sure if ever I am gonna recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Still I wish all the best to every single staff involved in for providing me...
