The Pizza Bite ( Pizza Italia ) — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Till this date I have tried more than 10 different medium sized pizza and tried some side too so if you are looking for an honest opinion of this place look no more.

Now if you want your pizza to be perfectly cooked with perfect amount and quality of toppings look this place is a really good option,it's the cheapest (on Fridays 1Medium + 1Medium free)

However the experience that motivated me to write a review and the areas where they can improve themselves are:

Cheese used in Cheezeburst. Now I am a really big fan of cheese burst and I know what cheese burst pizza should taste like, and cheese burst of pizza Italia misses that perfection by a mile. Cheese used is Gouda cheese and is really not upto the standards. It reeks of Mayonnaise which doesn't gives the premium feel of eating a cheeze burst pizza.

Their sauce, the sauces used by them and also the sauce which is provided additionally has so much citric content that it really hits hard on the throat and feels like you are eating a lot of sauce. You really have to feel this in words its really hard to describe.

Overall this is my go-to place on weekends to unwind and have a really fullfilling meal but I would strictly advise against the cheese burst till they change the cheese.

But once again normal pizza served here is really fantastic, baked to perfection and served hot, and that's what I like in my pizza.

So I went to get a takeaway with my friend. We ordered one veg extravaganza and one grilled paneer pizza. During these times of an ongoing pandemic taking the necessary precautions is very important. I would just like to bring this in notice, there no standard of hygiene, no temperature checks, no one is checking if while entering everyone is using the sanitiser, the person preparing my order was not wearing the mask properly and was talking to another person who I assume was a chef from different restaurant (wearing an orange coat). He was not even carrying a mask. It was when I objected, the person making my pizza pulled her mask upto her nose and the other chef went away. Gloves are not being used to prepare orders. One of the slices had hair so eventually I had to dump the entire takeaway. Not worth the money. Completely unacceptable considering the pandemic. I am warning anyone out there to avoid such places especially such...

Hi. I must say that the service and staff at The Pizza bite on Ring road located in Nehrugram jogiwala Road is by far the best hands down experience I ever have engaged in with a pizza company. I currently live out of state and it's so convenient to order food for my friends and family and not be there. My last order was on 1/15/2019 and when I tell you that Toddrick ** was and is the ABSOLUTELY BEST he definitely is. He made an exception to their policies and with that I will continue and forever be indebted to this company for the amazing customer service I received today. No - I didn't get anything free but just the willingness to go the extra mile. I thank you.
