Disappointing Experience: Poor Service, Subpar Food, and Rude Staff*

I recently had the misfortune of celebrating my birthday at this establishment, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of disastrous. Despite the promising reviews, our visit was marred by inexcusable service, tasteless food, and an overall attitude of indifference from the staff.

Food Quality: A Major Letdown

We ordered the Malia Chap, which was presented to us in a state that can only be described as unappetizing. The dish was overly sweet, resembling sugar syrup more than a culinary creation. When we politely brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with a dismissive response, implying that this was the standard preparation method for the dish. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to listen to customer feedback is unacceptable.

Service: Inattentive and Rude

The service we received was equally disappointing. Our cold coffee was removed from the table without our permission, while we were briefly absent from the table. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer property is staggering.

Unprofessional & rude bouncer on entry he spoil your mood anyway...😀😀.Owner pls request hai apne boy ko bolo apne rules follow na kare. He says men's are not allowed in shorts in other way ladies are allowed in short dresses.Its very disgusting gesture by your boy. Then we purchase trouser to enter in the restro again your ch*ya boy says show your ID. Again he is very rude say 'ab main aa gaya hoo' then we enter the restro he & your floor staff force us to seat here not there. Live music is Ok but music was loud due to your space. Afterwards we finally ordered one veg platter & sesame honey chilly chicken after getting order I realised I ordered sesame honey chilli chicken but they serve chilli chicken with lot of chilli.....😀😀 After half an hour. No problem with this again we order some jafrani paneer it's pathetic no taste, undercook I can't wat I eat. Overall my experience was worst due to your bouncer ,service staff & kitchen staff. All r disaster. Main villian of whole scene is your bouncer first impression is last impression. After clear the bill I told to service staff your service was not good other customers also hampered he says who seat next to you is our owner. I think you experience your service yesterday. I humble request to you to give proper training to your boys how to greet people & how to serve etc. You are in service industry.
