Andy's Burger — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Hi Team This morning I visited ur outlet at 11.09 at opp TamTalad Lake Their was 3 female staff . One had taken my order followed the hygiene standard while receiving cash . No suggestion in order ,No greeting the coustmer. Has I feel she force to take the order .But she following same with others order also. My order was two crispy chicken burgers with cheese. But I found that who punching the order she went in the kitchen with No gloves, No hair net No hygiene standards was followed I would see from outside . After my order received I found the buns was smelling and even it was easily breaking off . I address this situation to one female staff she just said the buns are fresh. And showed No interest in this situation. Then I repeated the same order this time only one crispy burger cheese .But has I thou the burger was very fresh with fresh buns . Need to take this very seriously because u may lose the coustmer and even the standard of urAndys Restaurant... On my bill name is trish ,KoTs T-3. I wait for ur revert back...

The taste is average the quality of food is also not that good as expected it can be better and the most important thing is the service is very slow you have to wait for almost 30-45minutes. Overall it is of no use your money will be wasted and the important thing is yu don't get extra chilly flakes and oregano herb you just get two packets with this pizza and the quality of the coke served is also very very low the coke is taste less and too much ice they put in it. Please do not waste...

They lost the standards they maintained 2 yrs back, every time they need to be reminded for cleaning table, AC does not work, the delivery partner keeps on disturbing on table to keep the mobile on charging and to top it the quality of burger, served without mayo, without lettus with only onion and tomatoes, when asked for ketchup even that was not available...coke was flat, french fries was ok.

Management need to visit this outlet/franchise and...
