Galaxy Hotel — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I went to Galaxy Hotel for dinner yesterday, and I was really disappointed. The waiter took about 15 minutes to come and take our order. When he finally arrived, he acted like we didn’t matter, which was not nice. The food came quickly, but it was hard to tell if it was supposed to be a salty vegetable dish or Paneer Angara. When I asked for a change, the waiter didn’t seem to want to help and kept saying everything was fine. Eventually, he brought a new dish, but it had only three small pieces of paneer, and it was way too salty. After we finished eating, no one came to offer us a handwashing bowl, which was frustrating. It felt like we were treated poorly because of what we were wearing half pants. As a Data Scientist who likes to keep things simple, I believe everyone should be treated well, no matter how they look. For the prices they charge, I expected much better food and service. The Paneer Angara cost ₹300, but I have had street food for ₹50 that was much better. Because of all this, I cant recommend Galaxy Hotel to anyone. The worst place ever.. The staff is super arrogant. I'm an avid traveler and I've travelled to all over India. But I've never experienced this bad situation. The reception and the care taking staff was very arrogant and not co-operative at all. The rooms were unclean, there were used shampoo sachets, hair everywhere. The towels provided were unclean and looked like they were used before. We were a group of 5 people and these with two females and three males. The hotel staff were against us chilling together in one room. It almost felt like we were in some kind of prison. They wanted us sit separately like we were doing something incorrect or illegal. They were okay with hosting unmarried couples, but had an issue with a group of friends. Whoever reads this, please never book this hotel. You'll face the worst experience...

We visited the place, asked for AC section. When we entered AC section it was smelling yukky. The overall mixture of drain water smell, leakage smell and foul odour of food and desi alcohol.

We then tried to check the family section which was atleast smelling with room freshner's aroma. While checking the same we have just opened door but that Captain started yelling, it is not allowed etc and all.

The Captain was very rude, right from keeping the restaurant clean, smells good and treating customers properly with hospitality principle is very much necessary to enhance the faith and grow the business.

We left with negative thoughts for this hotel as in Monsoon pls avoid visiting such arrogant, stinky place to waste your hard...
