Hotel Aaram — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I had visited in Aaram hotel on Thursday on 5th Oct with my brother to have a dinner, because I love the food teast and food quality of hotel. We check one of the table and seated n just I was searching for a special dish in menu card a waiter ask me for an order and I told him give me 5 minutes. So that waiter indirectly pass a comment to another waiter that customer will take 1 hour to place an order. I had argue with that waiter why he pass the comment, but he was unable to answer me. So walk out off hotel without having dinner and I am extremely disappointed with the hotel service which they have kept arrogant staff in hotel. So I never recommend any one...

Y only 4 stars? Explained later... In first instance when I gone with my family from outside it looks like louge something bt when we experienced the food quality, serving, taste of food especially pizza is lit... we shifted are birthday celebration hotel from other hotel to aaram hotel... just one thing they should add is giving hand washing pot after having food in AC compartment since it's mandatory in other hotels too and customer has a habit of it in AC...

Very pathetic hotel and the waiters are even more pathetic. We ordered paav bhaaji and very clearly asked the waiter whether they use amul butter or not while making it??? The waiter very confidently said we have both amul and nutralite butter so we clearly told waiter to serve it to us with amul butter but when the paav bhaaji was served there was no taste of amul butter in it and the worst part was the waiter arguing with us that they used amul...
