Hotel Manthan Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Ambience:

The Bar area seems good when lit up with LEDs but the sitting area is very congested and crowded. People speaking and talking loudly can irritate you. Even the table is small which makes one uncomfortable while sitting and shifting. Still its an option to go when other good bars are off.

Food:

The food quality was supreme. I must say that it's incomparable with those Price segments. I rate 5/5 for that. Extremely delicious and fresh. The aroma was also tempting.

Service:

The waiter and order taker were quite cooperative. They were available at our service most of the time. Still service can be more improved and the way of serving too.

Overall it was a good place to dine out not hang out. The issue of space is only my concern. The over packed room decreases the beauty of ambience. That's my honest...

Worst treatment i have ever faced in a restaurant. Felt insulted. We made a booking on their lodge this night and we went restaurant down there to have dinner. We three work in corporate and understands etiquettes very nicely, and have proper behaviour. This guy in restaurant, forced us to sit in bar where smell of alcohol and cigarettes could suffocate you. We asked him to let us sit in restaurant area, but he refused. I told him this is not the way you can treat to your guests. He told me on my face that he will not let us sit there. We argued, he then agreed and said in insulted tone go n sit there. We didn't have heated argument, we were talking nicely. But, He sounded so worst and insulting, that hurt anyone's self image and self respect for themselves. I immediately left the restaurant.. Very famous dinning hotel within an area. If you are fishetarian then this is a perfect place for you. Many well known personalities come here for having meal and even for stay. While ordering food they will show all fishes even you can touch the fish and select the fish for your meal. I'm veterinarian but still I enjoyed food over here. There are few non vegetarian restaurants serves delicious vegitarian food. Whenevr I visit this place I always orders Kaju ghee roast. If are confuse while ordering or we are not understanding about the particular dish or drink and we ask that for there staff than they are not aware about menu, dishes they are not able to explain. The overall tariff is little expensive but price are worth to food quality...
