Pizza Bite — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Location: Near to Nalasopara Railway station. You need to grab a rickshaw to reach here

Ambience: It's a small restaurant like really small with about 7 tables in total and a side table on the right hand side. Mostly with a person billing at the entrance on the right hand side. I think even with a small space the seating does justice. It has good ventilation for the customers.

Food: I would say if you're a true pizza fan the look of the pizza might not appeal you. However the taste is good. I won't say it's amazing but it's good. Mostly the base is crusty and not soft. The cheesy pizza are mostly filled with a lot of mayo plus cheese so it can get too much for your platter. Yes they have good variety so if you wish to try do try it

Price: Good pricing, starting for 80 rs to even 300+ the place offers customers pizzas at different price range.

Parking: It does have parking outside

Delivery: listed on Zomato so yes you can receive the products on Zomato.

Overall review. It's good and budget friendly place. You can take it for family and friends. The pizza is not extremely good but it's not very bad either. I placed a pizza order at 6:45 and very clearly asked how long it would take. I was told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I even told the person to send it quickly because my kids have tuition at 7:30, and he confidently said, “It’ll be there, ma’am.”

Then at 7:08, I called again — and to my shock, the guy casually tells me that my order hasn’t even been prepared yet because “another order came in.” And now it’ll take another 25 minutes? Seriously?

This is absolutely pathetic service. You blatantly lied and wasted my time. If you can’t manage orders properly, then don’t make false promises. This kind of unprofessional and careless attitude is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly...
