Hotel Supriya — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I had recently ordered Pav Bhaji and some extra butter pavs from this place thru Swiggy. Well the food was next level pathetic. I really do not understand how can someone go wrong with a basic item like pav bhaji. No trace of butter/oil in the bhaji, bhaji wasn’t sautéed or cooked properly either. It was my bad day, I was unwell hence decided to order a basic item like pav bhaji which I thought cannot go wrong. Worst of all the butter pav had some strange weird tasting fake butter applied, tasted and smelled seriously bad. We ate a bit and then threw away.

In this pandemic situation hotel industry has taken a toll which is now recovered from us consumers by sending us substandard food items. Please do not play with people’s lives like this....

They have very good food, i would say the best food. No matter when I go the taste is just very good. Each and every dish they mke has superb taste. Never disappointed ever. The uncle there is very friendly and of good nature. I have been going to this specific restaurant because I am pursuing a course at the station side, so I have been there quite regularly. (Its been a month i guess and i go there everyday😂) The service can be better. Because of such good food there are piles of orders of takeaway+swiggy+zomato+dining in. So managing so much in the space they have is a TASK. They still manage to do it quite well. 🙌🏻 Whenever I go there to eat I know the food is going to be very good so all I do is wait patiently and then enjoy...

Ordered from Zomato. Food quality and quantity very poor. At least they have to know people r paying for good food. They're charge for veg thali 245/- + delivery charges and they don't evening provide quality packing. They're serving food in plastic carry bags like seriously...plus food teste is very bad like mixveg sabji have only chilli powder in it. Paneer sabji don't have paneer. Roti they r providing is kachha pakka roti. Seriously we trash it bcz we can't eat. They r like order aya hai to Dena hai bs.just bcz they r earning but they don't know service and food quality hygiene also imp...
