Lakeside — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I had been ordering food from this restaurant for last 4years, food quality/quantity and Hygiene was good. But opening after lockdown had lost its credibility. Hygiene level:- it’s not even “0”, asked for home delivery, delivery boy came without mask with chewing tobacco. (3times in a row). Food quality:- Getting worst on every order, I was one of the loyal customer of this restaurant but the way they are handling restaurant nowadays especially with home delivery, it’s pathetic. You will get your order after 3hrs of your ordering(even for simple menu) that too cold, as I guess , they wait for the other order in your locality, so basically they will prepare your food,pack it and then wait for atleast an hour to get another food from your locality if another one hour they get the order then the delivery boy will come after delivering the food(if your location is last on their way) and hence you will be served cold unhygienic food. I had never thought I will writing this for such a good restaurant but you had disappointed us for last 1month. I can’t say about the main entrance and how is the ambience as we always get the back door entrance and are directly seated in the family seating cum hall. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is very cooperative. We visit here for almost all our family celebrations and the bill comes about 2.5-3K for a family of 17! I think that’s very reasonable provided they serve such amazing food. Recommend for Vasai East & NSP region.

Just a horrible restaurant, honestly this was my favorite restaurant in 2018. Now a days it has become pathetic in service and food too. I visited here on 11-sep-2022 Sunday I order food at 9:30 PM till 10:10 PM no waiters bother to update over my order dish(Prawns Ghassi) butter naan, and biryani, so I cancelled and walk back to home along with family. I thought it's ok sunday peak hour they must have management issue. I went again 14-sep-2022 order chicken platter, butter chicken, naan, chicken biryani.

Butter chicken: taste like chicken rassa. Pathetic.

Biryani: street biryani is way better.

This restaurant was good in food in 2018 now it's just a BAR. So family pls stay away...
