Paana's Swawarma — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

It's not just food taste or quality or hygiene but the attitude of management... the whole thing started with shawarma spot and then they expanded it without logic. Place is as dirty as anything... can't go for handwash ewwee... on top they got huge menu which is beyond the skillset of chefs working there. They got Bhujing in there menu, guys don't ever give it try... you will end up eating and getting potatoes only. And anytime if you go for parcel you will get everything packed in plastic bags which are as good as garbage bags.. I had shawarma many time here but as they started getting business taste and quality gone down...

Worst food I had ever in Mumbai. Usually I order from other restaurants but this was the first time order [Egg Biryani & Mutton Biryani] from Paana's which was absolutely disappointed. Taste was too pathetic. Egg shell was not removed properly. Even Mutton was completely different taste that my family couldn't even finish half of the order. I have thrown full order at dustbin. Please take necessary action against the quality of this hotel. Otherwise people will be sick. I need compensation against my order. I will be posting at social media also now about...

They boast of good sawarma but they add lot of suger in myo giving it a sweet taste, pizza base or beat bread base is not that you look in sawarma , chicken is blended with chicken masala or bhaji masala....making it quite far to be called sawarma but if you look for a different sweetish tandoori roll, it's right place.
