If you want to taste authentic Italian cuisines then this is the place. The ambience is superb with lively music playing in the background. Music is subtle enough to let the diners talk among themselves. Coming to the order aspect, we ordered 3 dishes :
Cheese chilli garlic bun - A new take on the classic cheese garlic bread. Their specially baked fresh bun is infused with garlic, chopped green chillies and good amount of cheese to make it a great appetizer! Enough for 2 pax. You would want to order more if there are more than 2 diners who want to taste as it easily leaves you licking your fingers!
Veg Lasagne - Just one word for this.... MASTERPIECE....We thought The price they charged seemed more than the value they would offer but once the dish arrived and we had the first bite of it, all our apprehensions vanished in a moment! A MUST TRY if you happen to visit this place. 2-3 pax can easily share this dish in 1 serving.
Veg Alfredo Pasta - Another dish that was cooked perfectly and we enjoyed every bit of it. Enough for 2-3 pax.
The only downside I witnessed was that the dishes took some time to come out of the kitchen. But I think if the taste is amazing then you can wait a little longer ;)
Overall a great place to have Italian cuisines & not too heavy on...
Read morePink Salt Cafe is located on the first floor, accessed via a steep staircase—watch out for the pinch point on the handrail (needs fixing).
The decor is pleasant and inviting, effective air conditioning, and enjoyable background music creating a relaxing vibe. Ideal spot for family meals or casual dates.
We tried some unique dishes—the pulled pork tacos and pepperoni cheese buns were delicious. Dishes were well presented. Good quantity. Service could've been prompt though.
Tip: Definitely try their creative dishes rather than typical Mughlai, pizza, or North Indian options available everywhere else—they stand out much better.
Pulled Pork Tacos - 5/5 Nasi Goreng Chicken - 3/5 Pepperoni Cheese Bun - 5/5 Pomegranate Cooler - 4/5 Iced Tea - 4/5 Fresh Lime Soda - 4/5 Mango Cheesecake - 5/5
Visit 2 (service kinda slow, the stairs case handrail was still broken but the food remained delicious) Chicken Krapow -3/5 Spaghetti Bolognese - 4/5 Garlic Prawns Pil Pil - 5/5 Chicken Caeser Salad -...
Read moreThis was our first visit, we ordered the pink sauce chicken pasta- Don't know how to describe this, the pasta had a weird after taste, like a prawn oil flavour. The roast chicken pieces tasted weird as well with a different after taste. Barely any herbs and no basil. The server was kind enough to take this back. The thin slice of dried bread was suppose to be a piece of garlic bread, such utter rubbish.
We also ordered the chicken BBQ & crispy chicken n bacon half n half pizza. The BBQ was edible and had some flavour, however the other side was bland and tasteless. The pizza sauce was flavourless and pizza dough wasn't risen. So annoying.
It's disappointing to visit cute looking cafes but the food is so disappointing. Dont understand why chefs cannot get their basics right and choose to give their diners such sub standard food and no value for money.
Also had the Vietnamese coffee, it was some ready made premix. Weird is all I can say.
Very disappointed will never visit this...
