RJ Restaurant And Bar — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Outlet having a large bar section accompanied with a ac family section.. i used to visit this place few years ago since it is quite near to my home.. tried many of the starters like chicken crispy, chicken lollipop, chicken chilly, chicken 65.. all were expectedly good in terms of quality and the way they were served was upto the mark.. Soo i can say chicken starters is the thing that is served with excellence here.. in main course they have paneer dishes like paneer tikka masala which is really good.. butter chicken, chicken handi, chicken masala were few other that i have tasted here and was happy having them..

Overall food quality i would say is certainly maintained..

I did order parcel many a times, but the quality of food they served in the parcel was a way different than what they serve in the restaurant.. i hope that point is...

Today I went to eat at RJ hotel in Virar East, the worst product given to me was a small lollipop Raju should tell even a little about the work he does He doesn't have manners, he talks about talking, we people bring 20-25 kg with us, then it can get spoiled. You people feed such food to the customer, he did not say sorry even once.The same issue happened at the side table also. He said the same thing to that customer after taking the fish.

I will tell any friend or relative not to go to this hotel, I have taken his picture, I am a compliant in FSSSI, I work in a good QSR and he is talking like this to the customer.

One of the best restaurants in Virar East. Family room is available here, they also serve drinks in family room which is also air conditioned. Drinking area is separate. There’s short waiting period on holidays. It also affects serving time slightly, which is acceptable. Food quality is excellent, rates are in medium range, but certainly not cheap. Considering the quality & quantity of the food, you get what you pay for. The only thing that bothered me is the staff. They’re well mannered but they cannot handle consumers properly.
