Absolutely horrible experience. Would suggest all food lover just explore other better place rather visiting here.Me and My family visited here 1Week ago.After having food we paid the bill digitally by UPI. Though it was debited from my account however they refused to accept the receipt of payment as credit massage was not appeared at his end. As a result they made me to make three time payment still due to network issue it was not reflecting in their system. They kept me and my family along with kid waiting or rather say standing for more than 50min.Mr Nagraj Shetty doesn't have manner to deal with Customer. In this entire episode I made three time payment of bill and they refunded extra paid money after 3days whereas they could have taken my Mobile number and allowed me to go if payment was not reflecting immediately. Heard rave reviews about this place and decided to try it out with the family. Right opposite the Virar West main booking office, amid the forever jammed road lies this gem for non-vegetarian food. We were placed in the ac section within 10 minutes even though the place was packed on a weekday during lunch. Ordered

1. Mutton sukha The taste blew my mind. Absolutely delicious lip smacking. Downside: Quantity. More bones and masala than mutton and hence a big disappointment
2. Mutton Dum Biryani in the half plate: This one was value for money in terms of taste and quantity. Small note: One tablespoon of raita as accompaniment needs improvement.
3. Soulkadi: Lipsmacking and satisfying. Service: Prompt, attentive even though it was rush time and a small queue. Seating: Partly communal (must be a rush hour thing) Recommendation: Do visit for the food and not the quantity. I'll be back for the paya and see how...

I am utterly disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. The food, which I would rate a mere 3 out of 5, was over priced, making me question the value for money. The dishes were served lukewarm, a clear indication of the lack of attention to detail in service.

To add to the discomfort, the air conditioning was non-functional, making the dining experience uncomfortable. The service was far from prompt, with the waiters taking an inordinate amount of time to attend to our table.

All these factors combined to create an experience that was not worth the high prices. I expected a lot more from this establishment and was left feeling dissatisfied and short-changed. I hope the management takes note of these issues and rectifies them for...
