The Pizzaman — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Very very bad experience..... I was always a regular customers of this restaurant, visited there many times with friends, family...a month a go I visited there with my mother... after standing for more than half and hour no waiter or helper guided us for vacant seats, finally I with mom settled At a place so within few minutes waiter came and told u cannot sit here this place is for 6 people, we told him my brother is joining from back and on the way to restaurant so we are 3 people so u give us the place to sit so ke can order till he comes, waiter told us to get down from seat he will arrange where 3 people can adjust...but when we got down he told us u can only order when the 3rd person comes till that I'll not give u sit so u can go out and stand till the 3rd person comes.... it's very disappointing and ridiculous behaviour towards the customers will never visit this place ever and will tell my best friends about this incident so that even they don't face this miss behaviour...

The Food was really not worthy as they charged we ordered white sauce pasta and pizza and some fires... the sauce of pasta was really very watery it was not properly cooked and there was no veggies in it not even herbs, pizza was also like a road side taste not properly baked and very less amount of cheese they didn't even served us pizza with oregano we have to ask for it ....fries was also not served properly with ketchup or anything I guess this is the basic things which every cafes serves in priority spoons were stained no hygiene manners was followed by the staff even they have not kept an tissue over there total waste of money....pizza man is only the name the food is really not good at all and it is really expensive according to the food and taste they serve.... cannot think to visit their again...cafe doesn't really have the basic things to satisfy customer...my experience was really bad and...

Not everone finishes whats been ordered and its common to get the remaining food packed. However, Pizzaman at Vasai West is the most dishonest food joint if you ever think of the same. Though its an incident of the past ( before the Carona pandemic and lockdown etc.) Its worth mentioning to make other customers aware of the same.

I had received not even half of my actual remaining food packed by this resatuarant and when checked about it to the Onwer, he had the aducaity to mention that..." Humare most of the Customers actually bacha hua khana kisi gareeb ko hi dete hai. Isi liye abhi tak kabhi kisine is bare mai complaint nahi ki"....such a gareeb mentatlity. Inspite of reqeusting him to check with the staff, he just refused to accpet that such things...
