Udipi Khana Khazana — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I used to frequent this place and used to love this bar, but recently this place has disappointed me. They serve you food in dirty plates. My first instance was, I ordered my drink and asked for boiled chana as side, the drink came the glass was dirty so I asked them to change the glass so they did, drink was served and I asked where the boiled chana was which i ordered. The waiter came munching the chana from the dish that i ordered. I had no words on what to do, i didnt eat the chana. Next instance was, i asked for chakli, the plate in which it was served was so dirty and filthy when i asked for a clean plate the waiter simply took the plate away and wiped it with a cloth and got the same plate back. This has happened multiple times and every time i ordered for chakli i had to instruct the waiter to get a clean plate. My third and final instance was when i ordered for a drink and ordered for chicken koliwada as starter, the waiter forgot to order the starter, when i inquired about the status of starter after 25 mins the waiter rushed and placed the order,the dish came after 15 mins. The cutlery provided was dirty especially the fork, it looked like it was picked directly from a kitchen sink, there was gunk or something sticky food stuck to it, i called the waiter and asked for the manager, the waiter rushed and got me a clean fork and asked not to go to the manager. I called the manager and showed him the fork, i reported the whole instance to the manager, the manager simply told the waiter to clean such forks first before serving them with any dish. Thats when i decided that im done with this bar. Finally.. If u happen to go to this bar keep an eye on the plates forks and spoons, you will surely be served your food in a dirty plates. Just...

I have seat there almost for 4 times and I have a bad experience which was very pathetic and the stafff they think that they owned the restaurant and they don't know how to speak with lady and they have insulated me in front of everyone just because I was alone in bar section for my drink ....I just asked them what's the reason that they don't serve me they said that they don't know but we can't give ...I don't think so I haven't paid them earlier as I am enough to pay my bills ..Iam not gonna leave...

Waiters are very lazy and do not attend or give much attention to your table incase you go there in the afternoon before 5 pm.

Recently a waiter even had the audacity to be sarcastic and back answer when one of my friends told him not to worry or take any tension about us - he replied saying I don't take any tension, I give tension.
