I am a Hospitality Consultant. So being from the hospitality line, I will give a very candid review here. My kids suffer from motion sickness in the hills, so we try to take the shortest route possible by road. So right from the onset, the owners had been extremely patient to answer all our queries on WhatsApp and guide us regarding the travel in the hills. It was indeed a great help. Really appreciate it. Thereafter, once we reached, we were overwhelmed by extremely hospitable behaviour of the owners and the staff. They have been running this hotel since 37 years, and the staff is loyal to them since that long, so one can easily understand how much they believe in building relationships with both internal and external guests. In true sense, they are both Customer and People Centric. Further to add on, The location is awesome.. Right opposite the Kurseong Railway station and Taxi Stand. So both means of transport are easily accessible in 30 seconds. Now coming to food quality and taste, it's finger licking delicious. Lastly, regarding the rooms, the ambience and cleanliness was up to the mark with no complaints at all. The only concern was that they don't provide extra beds even though we paid for extra guest charges and were ready to pay for the extra bed also, had there been a provision. So it became really uncomfortable in the night for two adults to sleep on a double bed with two kids aged 9 and 5. So depending on one's needs, one can choose to go for this hotel accordingly. For us, keeping the discomfort faced in the room due to four pax on a single bed aside, it was Overall a Positive Moment of Truth. Highly...

Place to have decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing elaborate; taste is OKAY price is bit high as per quality. But Entire Kurseong does not have much option to have food. Recently, mostly 1.5 years back they renovated entire property and they took franchise of GURU SWEETS. Sweets taste great but again, price is bit higher side.
