This Time I Have Bought Sweets On 10.01.2022, From Last Few Years On The Way Towards Office Many Times I Have Bought Sweets For My Home & Office. But Found That During Covid Period Their Sweets Quality Got Decrease. Some Times Back I Have Found Problem In Paneer But On Complain Their Unprofessional Staff Not Taken The Matter On Serious Way.

But This Times Faced Horrible Experience. Sonkho Sandesh I Have Bought For My Relative. My Relative Called Me At Night & Told That Sweets Are Totally Rotten & Bad Smell Is Coming Out. I Was Totally Surprised & Felt Insulted. Immediately Collect The Sweets From Them To Show The Store But Felt Very Painful To faced The Way They Treated Their Regular Customers. Their Staff Not Only Unprofessional & Rude Also Illiterate. Owners Does Not Bother For Quality & Customers Satisfaction, Their Only Concern To Making The Money........

Other Sweets Test Also Not Like Fresh Preparation. During Winter I Have Surprised To See That They Gave Roso Madhuri From The Fridge. On Question Also Told That All Are Fresh.....

My Question Is That If Any Of My Family/Relative (Specially Child & Old Personnel) Get Sick After Having Those Horrible Sweets Then Who Will Get Responsibility For That????

Yesterday I had my office inauguration so I ordered 40 packets from these sweet store, each packets contain 4 Radhaballavi, alur dum and one sweet. I live in an apartment located exactly opposite to this shop. I got my orders delivered in 10AM and distributed to my guests in my new office approximately around 11AM. Each and every guests complained about each and every item, more specifically about alur dum, it got rotten and filled with bad odour. They are so unprofessional and rude, they didn't even cooperate with us. The amount of money invested to buy food items from this shop is all in vain!!!

I request to all the locality consumers, even who come from long distance please make your mind before you order any food items from this shop, online or offline, for any of your occasions. Believe me you don't want to get humliated from your...

On 2nd November ,2020 I purchased 500gm Rabri worth Rs 250 and Sweets worths Rs 50 . Bill number is 166 and time was 19:09 p.m . When I taste the rabri was having sour taste then I visit the shop at 19:30 p.m with the complainant of having bad taste . The person in counter talk with me in rudely and then he taste rabri and telling it is good , the cash counter or the head and the staff misbehaved with me . I was the regular customer of this sweets but they behave so badly this disappointed me . The staff working there are so rude .

For them Rs 250 is huge amount and for this small amount the misbehave with me .
