Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in West Bengal

The only disappointment I felt was the food. I swear I was dumbfounded after tasting. My first and last visit tbh. The outlet of the cafe attracted us but their food made me hate them. And the price oh my god- 1024/- really for just 3 items which didn't even taste good!!! That's robbery sir! We ordered 1 garlic bread with cheese and 2 strawberry cheesecakes (half pound each). The garlic bread was too salty. And the cheesecakes!!! That was my first ever trying cheesecake and they really made me hate it at the first. The taste was too awful. Too bad too disgusting. The first bite made me to hate it. They looked good but taste made us cry in disgust. After that my concept in cheesecake was like they never taste good but thanks to other cafes and bakeries for proving me wrong. Tbh CCD is OVERRATED. TOO MUCH OVERRATED AND TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE. At least they should give the food in some good quality as they're charging high for those foods. Never gonna visit again....

Very good cafe....the atmosphere is good and the service is also very good......the food quality is good and the taste of the food is also very good.....there are many varieties of foods..... the taste of the coffee is really awesome......I and my friends went to this cafe......there we have ordered many dishes.....all dishes are really very tasty.....among of them I like Greek chicken sandwich combo, Garlic bread with cheese, Brownie very much.....the staff behaviour is very good, polite and decent.....they are very helpful and behave in a friendly manner.....the place is neat, clean and well decorated.....the seating arrangements are good.......I like the foods from this cafe very much..... everyone should come to this cafe and taste the yummy foods......my experience is good...

Terrible ! The entry of the outlet is with open drain and it stinks. The owner will say it is not our problem but it is the owners problem to fix every experience into the outlet. The outlet has nothing to offer in terms of food. The menu is misleading. They have nothing in terms of food. The attendants are equally not trained and show a callous attitude towards handling customers and also transactions. The attendants says nowadays everything is online forgetting that customers have a choice to pay in cash or online or card. Not...
