Cafe CPX — Restaurant in West Bengal

Pros: Ambience is good, decoration is superb, prime location.

The food was affordable too. But it tasted just like any other place. However the place is atleast half full because in a prime location.

Now coming to the part where I'm deducting the 2 stars. We went on a Sunday evening. So we kept a open mind while placing the order that it might come late. The fried chicken and popcorn arrived within 10 minutes. Which was great. We ordered the coke and seeing such prompt service, we opened the bottle. After finishing the fried chicken items within 5 minutes, we were waiting for the pizza. 35 minutes later, we asked the server where our pizza was and he said it would take some time as those who ordered before did not get theirs (none of my concern) and pizzas take time. We were surprised that it would take 35 minutes to give pizza but we waited. Those who ordered before started losing cool as well because no pizza should take more than 45 minutes and if there were too much crowd, we could understand but no pizzas were coming in, not for us, not for those who came before us. The coke lost all the fizz and coldness. After 50 minutes we told him to cancel the order because by then we lost our appetite as well. He said we can't do that. After the lady who ordered before us confronted the manager, they gave the pizza after 1 hours and 4 minutes of placing the order. It was underbaked, there were no brown marks of well cooked pizza under the bread, the topings were not glued to the cheese so everything was falling apart when we were taking bite, the cheese had no pull unlike the photos we saw in previous reviews. The inside of the bread was soggy. And the chicken pieces were big but so few were there and not well distributed as well. Lastly without the coke the undercooked pizza was difficult to swallow. They did not give us anything complimentary for making us wait so...

Cafe CPX is hands down the best café in Kanchrapara! They offer delicious food and snacks at very affordable prices, making it a great spot to hang out. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience every time.

A newly opened cafe near Gandhi More. The ambience of the cafe is nice with decent seating arrangements. The menu is short and simple which I like. We ordered the chicken burgen meal combo that consists of a chicken burger with some chicken popcorns and a 200 ml serving of coke. The burger was not extraordinary.
