I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disgust following my recent experience at your Kanchrapara KFC branch on 26 March 2025. This was, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to detail the numerous failings that significantly damage the KFC brand's reputation.
Firstly, the staff exhibited a palpable lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. It was painfully obvious that they did not enjoy their jobs. Their demeanor was listless, bordering on hostile. There was no attempt at a greeting, no eye contact, and no semblance of customer service. It felt as though I was an unwelcome intrusion rather than a paying customer. This lack of engagement directly reflects poor management and a severe disregard for customer satisfaction.
Secondly, the hygiene standards were appalling. The serving area was visibly unclean, with food debris scattered across the counter and the general appearance of the kitchen area (as much as was visible) was unsanitary. This not only raises serious health concerns but also indicates a complete disregard for basic hygiene protocols.
Thirdly, the food itself was a travesty. The chicken was greasy, undercooked in some parts and overcooked in others, and tasted nothing like the KFC I have come to expect. The overall taste was far removed from the global standards of KFC, suggesting either substandard ingredients or a complete lack of adherence to recipe guidelines. This disparity in quality is unacceptable and will undoubtedly deter customers.
Finally, and most importantly, this experience has severely tarnished my perception of the KFC brand. The combination of unenthusiastic staff, unhygienic conditions, and subpar food creates a disastrous impression. If this is representative of the standard of service and quality at other KFC locations, it will undoubtedly damage the brand's global reputation as a reliable and high-quality fast-food chain.

Pepsi is not good they mix water in it..
