Casurina Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

After hopping pandals last night, on the occasion of kali puja, we 8 people decided to have dinner from renowned restaurant of the area, Casurina. We ordered 5 chicken biryani, 1 jeera rice, 1 fried rice & 1 butter paneer. Never ever had such biryani! It was tasteless and the potatoes were rotten in 2 plates, among 5! The chicken was under cooked! We were also served boiled egg, who's shell wasn't removed well! The plates and spoons weren't wiped well. I used tissue for wiping the water of my spoon before eating! We ordered a mixed veg thinking we'd be able to finish the biryani using mixed veg as a side dish. Thankfully it was a good decision. Mixed veg tasted good. Jeera rice disappointed too. Dried chilli and cashew nut in jeera rice!! Neither fried rice was good enough. I have had great tasting food in cheaper price than what I paid last night! Tasteless food for 750/- !! And after all these, we did complain to the person in charge, but they seemed unintetested for reviews or complains. So what could be better...
