I am still fuming after the appalling experience I had at Debonair Restaurant on October 10, 2024. The staff's blatant disrespect and rudeness left me shocked and disgusted.

The moment I walked in, the waiter barked at me to sit in a specific area, completely disregarding basic courtesy. When I politely requested the window seat, he condescendingly told me it was off-limits, as if I was some sort of second-class citizen.

But that was only the beginning. When I asked for plain water, the waiter sneered, saying they only sell mineral water. I was taken aback by his audacity. When I called him out on his rudeness, he had the nerve to tell me not to waste their time and leave!

The manager and other waiters stood by, laughing and condoning this horrific behavior. The atmosphere was toxic, and I felt humiliated. Other customers seemed stunned, witnessing this unacceptable treatment.

As someone who has dined at top-tier restaurants worldwide, I've never encountered such blatant disrespect. Debonair Restaurant's staff are an embarrassment to the hospitality industry.

Initially I loved the restaurant way back in 2013 and some extent in 2018 also, but the services are detoriating as time passes. Staff behavior is not upto the mark, even few waiters are very rude and annoying. They don't know the basic ettiqute of talking. They would rather call elderly customers with "Tumi", would force you to sit on the tables they like and would shout out if you slightly alter the seating arrangements. This is highly unlikely from a great restaurants like this. To make it worse, I suffered terrible pain abdomen and diarrhea after consuming the food of this restaurant.. I would like to draw the attention of the higher authority of the restaurant to look soon this matter and take stringent action on those ill behaved waiters as well as the food quality of your restaurant. Else I afraid that your restaurant will be gone with the wind within few years or days.. On a positive note, I liked the preparation of the fish finger with mayoneese very much as it's one of your signature dishes.
