Pathetic Service. Reasons are: Eggrolls or other stuffs are being fried in Dalda/Banaspati. They don't put cucumber within the Eggrolls. Eggroll rotis are being over fried. Ketchup used in the eggroll is not at all good.

They don't use white oil. I have taken 5 Eggrolls from the counter. I was standing there are watch how they have made it. I have asked why do you put only onion inside the eggroll, why not cucumber and lemon. That guy on the counter did not even answer me as if he is offering me the food free of cost.

Customer service is pathetic. Behaviour is not acceptable. Food is not eatable. If I spend 35 rupees for an Eggroll and whatever I get to eat something I am not able to digest then I would ask people should go to other street side shop instead of Laltu's golbari to waste their money.

Coming straight to the points Got fish fingers without any side dips except kasundi, i mean who serves that with fish finger ??? Not even carrots or onion with that. When we asked for onions the waiter said we have to order that as salad. Egg fried rice was made with ordinary rice not with basmati or any other long fine rice. It was very dry, very hard to chew. Egg chicken noodle was same as fried rice quality. The hillaourios part was no sauces were served with noodles. Even a street side shop provides sauce with noodles. Special mutton biriyani scented too strong. They charged 500 bucks or more than that but no quality. No raita was given with that. The owner is simply money Sucker in my opinion. Horrible and pathetic experience. The interior is in a dialapidated condition. Uncleaned and extremely poor service. They did not even have proper crockery. No person could be seen at the reception or any waiter. They did not even serve water or glasses or tissue papers although the price of the food items remain high. To match to this "pice hotel" atmosphere, the other table's customers were literally shouting all the while with their phone kept on speaker mode. We even found a strand of hair in the soup bowl but the "waiter-cum-receptionist-cum-cook" did not pay heed to it. My suggestion is, when the hotel's management is unable to maintain the working, so please immediately close down...
