My friend and I were here the other evening on the lookout for a scrumptious dinner and honestly we were not disappointed. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience and excellent seating arrangement that set the tone for us. As for food, we got fish fry as starter (the server stated it was Bombay bhetki's fillet with a thin coating of breadcrumbs) which was optimally fried and the fish fillet was moist and did not taste stale at all. For the main course, we ordered an Amritsari masala kulcha that was stuffed with mashed potatoes, spices, chopped coriander etc. (some sesame seeds sprinkled over the top which had decent butter spread), a plate of butter chicken tikka masala and veg fried rice. The butter chicken tikka was beautifully done in a rich and thick gravy that was a tad bit on the sweeter side, the chicken chunks had that charred marks that signify tikkas at large. Finally, the veg fried rice was beautifully cooked with minimal use of oil, replete with spring onion, sweetcorn seeds seeds, and other chopped veggies. Overall, it was an evening well spent thanks to the food and we hope the restaurant keeps up the good work in all...

Went first time...surely deserve four star or more for food quality. I sought the waiter's suggestion for veg starters and main course dish..and it's proved to be wise choice..crispy chili babycorn & paneer kadai were realy palatable ones. Location is another added advantage..just on the wide main road next to SP office. Waiting time was also minimal. Now, if I am to speak about the cons, it's the price in relation to quantity..I found both the items highly priced. 2nd one is staff's lack of eagerness to welcome/serve customers...staffs' eyes are either on the south Indian movie set on TV or on mobile phone..that may be because of early evening. Cheap covered Plastic chairs at the entrace lobby only lowers the standard and look of the restaurant. However, I would recommend you to visit at least once for the authentic...

An honest review from someone whose family always preferred this place for their outdoor dinner. Initially they were good but their food quality depleted recently along with the behaviour of their staff. Today we ordered veg chow along with black pepper mushroom, veg chow mein looked like a boiled fried chowmein with no veggies and tons of salt in the other starter. And when I addressed the issue the staff was rude and busy in packing online orders. Seems they just prioritise online orders over quality delivery of service to the people of midnapore town who prefer to dine out with family instead of ordering. Very disappointed no manager actually no one to address the issue but atleast after complain we got our food. The hygiene is a concern I felt the mats of the table are super sticky and you can find...
