Domino's Pizza | Monpura, Kharagpur — Restaurant in West Bengal

By profession I'm a Dietitian so pizza/burgers aren't my cup of tea. But just for taste very very rarely I visit Domino's. Yesterday First time I had visited this store... faced some issues so, not too much happy. Kitchen and Staffs aren't separate for veg & non-veg items. Outsiders/delivery boys entered inside the kitchen area. Staffs wasn't using gloves inside the kitchen. Staffs was arguing with each other & talking so loudly during prepare food even without face mask... lots of chaos, even they don't have basic manners.. need lots of improvements. Otherwise... Small place but well maintained. Qualities of Foods are good. Prices...

While traveling by train from Asansol to Digha, I pre-ordered a pizza from Domino's Monpura, Kharagpur via their app. The train was scheduled to reach Kharagpur at 10:00 PM, and the app stated that preparation would start 30 minutes before arrival. However, it was very clear that the pizza had been made much earlier it was cold and tasted stale. Unfortunately, after eating it, I ended up vomiting upon reaching Digha. This was a very disappointing and distressing experience. I’ve decided not to order from Domino's again and will be avoiding such large food chains in the future. Food quality is not upto mark. Cleanses is one of the issue. Staff behaviour is not good. Instead of improving there service they argue with customer. Kitchen and staff is not separate for veg and non-veg items. Outsiders are also allowed inside kitchen. Delivery boy also allowed inside kitchen. Price is also high. Staff not used gloves inside kitchen. Delivery message received but itam is not ready. Waiting for long time to collect my order. Much improvement required to reach food business standard.
