The behaviour of the staff at this outlet is pathetic. I ordered cheese burst pizza which was delivered after 1.5 hours, instead of 30 minutes. I had to go somewhere, so I requested them for the refund and not to deliver me the order. They denied it. Now after 1.5 hours, when they finally delivered it, I found the pathetic condition of cheese burst pizza. It should be consumed hot. By that time it was not in a condition to eat. I raised a complaint to them. They said they will initiate a refund. But they have not given the refund. I gave feedback of that delivered product and I gave genuine feedback whatever I have experienced. Immediately a lady name Sudipa Biswas Maity called me and she started shouting at me because I gave an honest feedback. If you do something which is not right then it is fine. I would like to share my past and present experience that I have faced at this Domino's outlet.

1. The sign board indicates open but no staff at the counter to attend the incoming customer.
2. I asked them how much time it will take to take my order but didn't get any positive answer.
3. After waiting for 30 mins, I tried to get a clear answer of actually how much time it will take, the staff refused to answer me.....
