Hotel Paradise — Restaurant in West Bengal

Went to dine in with my family two days ago. Ordered Lahori mutton and fish curry along with other dishes. They provided mutton rara instead of lahori mutton and the taste of the fish in the fish curry was terrible. It was definitely not fresh. While providing review, staffs aggressively wanted to give them top reviews. On stating the matter, they started making excuses. One staff even went ahead and made comments like we don't know about fishes. The taste of fishes different based on the weight of it. So they bought 3 kg katla and that's why we did not like the taste. We are bengalis and foodie too. We have tasted 3 kg katla before. Also the prices of the dishes are quite high. Visited today, asked the manager to provide something sweet paneer dish, then ordered sahi paneer, they gave kadai paneer that also too spicy. Upon calling the manager, instead of rectifying the mistake, he repeatedly argued with us about the item. His behaviour and language was so bad. Sry, we couldnot record. He argued that we dont know the difference between sahi paneer and kadai paneer. He said, "kaise banate hai sahi paneer, ap log sikhayenge kya!" Re bhai...!! Good quality food best for lunch pure bengali food veg and non veg available specialty in india and Chinese foods guest rooms also available on rent... enjoy small birthday parties and other occasions with friends and family.. perfect family restaurant...
