I found it quite odd as this Chapadali branch does not serve cookies with their so called costly coffee of Rs 90/- whereas their Colony More brach used to serve Cookies with the Coffee of Same cost.

The management can revert whether Chapadali branch is doing injustice or your Colony More branch giving extra smile to the customers?

The attitude is also an issue of the staffs, need to be more polite to deal with...
