KFC — Restaurant in West Bengal

KFC...Loved by the opening in Srerampore, Hooghly..Waited for a long time to have it in this place ..as Srerampore is a major city in Hooghly district..It is now opened at Mahesh, GT.ROAD Opposite to Reliance digital and near Trends outlet..It is near about 8 to 10min by Toto or Auto from Srerampore station...Or you can walk with your beloved ones or friends by having some gossips with them it takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk..But the walk will not bother you..Now come to KFC..The staff has a lovely gesture ..They welcome you with their humble words..The ambience is very pleasant..The sitting arrangements are good..The staff is good..The most i like about the place is that they have 90% female employee..They truly promoting women empowerment..The food quality is good and clean..Price is not to high not to low..You can chill there for a lot of time nobody will disturb you.They have a clean washroom and good hygiene..They serve you fresh and good food..The restaurant has Air conditioning system and a soothing...

I would recommend people to find some other place to eat as it has the worst experience a person can have like i ordered a 391 burger which I forgot the name but it comes with french fries and Pepsi and man the quantity of french I get is like what ants eat and they didn't give me any straw. The burger was all Messy with too much sauce and when they served the meal the staff itself said the french fries will take some time you can start with the burger and Pepsi which I was like ok then suddenly the staff came and said sir the chief burger garam karna bhul gaye main abhi garam karke lata hu which takes him 3 to 6 min and the ac was not working went i asked them to on the ac they directed me to the table which was close to toilet was on and tell me to sit there and man the ac was not actually above the tabe it was above the door of the toilet and I was hardly getting any cold air so I would not recommend you to go...

Experience with KFC Mahesh. We visited during Puja hopping morning. We wanted to pick up some burger and chicken popcorn. But sales girl insisted us to festive combos.We paid and then theysaidwaiting time is 5-6 min. After 20 minutes they did not serve us. They took the orderwhen no customer other than us. Later other four customer came and they served them but not us. They could serve only a Burger for our driver. We kept asking when they will serve the sales girl said we are giving you fresh chicken why should we give you something stale!! Dear KFC DO YOU MEAN WHAT Generally YOU SERVE Within 5MINUTES THOSE ARE Always STALE??

After 30MIN ALSO They Could NOT Serve AND Could NOT SAY WHN THEY WILL THEN THEY Returned THE Money. IS THIS YOUR Standard IN Kolkata OR SERAMPORE?? I Never FACED Such THING...
