Kitchen King 1 family restaurant. — Restaurant in West Bengal

Food is ok. But Horrible service. Waiter first came in 10 min to take order. Then I ordered a soup.He told it will take 20 min. I am waiting and it took them 45 min after order to serve a soup. While I told please cancel then he suddenly went and brought the item SOUP. From this You can judge how poorer the service is !! Even they don't admit their fault and say sorry . One of them argued with me which is unpredictable and not acceptable at all.

Last time I ordered veg Mancho soup, he brought chicken soup. Again I asked them after they serve,they replied it's veg. I ate unfortunately without any experience ,then I came to know. That day I was not supposed to eat non veg, but due to their mistake I had taken non veg, after complain politely they again served veg soup. Hence from these you may have aware about their service.

conclusion -Except poorer service everything is ok.

Suggestions - If your planning to go with family or friends ,not hungry and want to spend a lot of time then it suits you.

Plaban is a nice multi cuisine restaurant located in dankuni.It has wide menue but no hard drinks.The staff behaviour is also quite friendly.The waiting time after ordering is not more than half an hour. I have been there for few times and the food is tasty, fresh, served hot.Their restaurant is devided into two parts so each part is bit small.The place were heavily crowded into durga puja days.They also have free home delivery features in the nearby areas which is sign of a good restaurant.tThe most essential point is they have reasonable pricing and less taxes which attracts me the most.Goot food , pocket friendly what else one can want . Overall I enjoy going there.And I want zomato or swiggy service there and improvement of the ambience will be a good...

The name has changed now, it's kitchen king restaurant now but the food quality is still the same, that is very good. We tried many food items, chicken drumsticks, rice, dal fry, fish fry, katla kalia, special mutton, fresh lime soda, and everything were great. Service was good, pricing very much pocket friendly.
