Please train your lady receptionist how to handle customers on call and stop hanging the call on the face of the customer. You have lost one regular customer from today.

I have ignored the behaviour previously but today i had to post this review.

To all the people of Berhampore and Nearby I do not recommend ordering food for home delivery as they almost take 1 hr to deliver the item and it might become 2 hr if you fail to pickup the call from the delivery agent . Then the receptionist will blame every thing on you on why did you not receive the call and hang the call on your face.

The Nandan management will take no action i am sure as i see that there are multiple other reviews regarding the same incident.

Update: The Nandan Management has acknowledged the issue on call and assured to take necessary steps. Increasing the rating for this...

The quality of food and service both has drastically degraded! First we ordered chowmein and chillypaneer which was really good,then we ordered masala dosa 4 plates where the waiter just bought 2! After 2 had finished, the other 2 plates were served! Not only this, the 2 plates served latter had the dosa uncooked! Immediately we had to inform the staff about it after which they were changed. The nearby ppl who had come were also complaining about the service of staff and quality of food! This was really disappointing! Because Nandan has become a heritage brand in bhp, after all these disappointing scenes, i feel we have to think twice before bringing our guests to this restaurant. This vegetarian restaurant is located in the heart of the city close to Mohan Mall. The seating capacity is huge given that the building is three-storeyed, which has an elevator as well. The cost per person may range between Rs. 350 to Rs. 400 depending upon the dishes ordered. The Nandan Special Masal Dosa is a must-avoid if you don't expect raisins, paneer or cashews in the masala. Sambar Vada is not even close to the authentic taste. Fresh lime soda served is just jal-zeera, though the blue lagoon could be given a shot. The paneer roll was a bit too oily. Not sure if it was a sales gimmick, but the restaurant tried to charge us Rs. 20 for a mineral water bottle that we never ordered or opened.
