A 'ghoroa' three-storied restaurant with take out at the ground floor, non-ac at the first, and ac sitting at the top floor. AC sitting has additional 10% charge as per their menu booklet, so most petrons including us went to the non-ac section. As of 1st April 2022, they are charging 5% GST on top of the total bill.

We ordered mixed chowmin and chilli chicken, the quantity of chowmin was enormous, two of us felt one plate would've been comfortable for both of us and we packed home, the chilli chicken was decent and rightly spicey. The chowmin too tasted to our satisfaction.

The ambience is pretty average like a run-of-the-mill restaurant, nothing fancy but most of us come here for the good food at decent prices. One of the oldest restaurants in the area, serving long before Uttarpara became what it is now.

I've been a loyal customer of Tripti Inn Restaurant for quite some time, but I must express my disappointment with the recent decline in food quality. It's disheartening to see a once-beloved establishment falter in such a crucial aspect.

The food used to be a delightful experience, with flavors that lingered in your memory. However, it pains me to say that my recent visits have been marred by a noticeable decrease in quality. The dishes I once cherished now seem lackluster and uninspired.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to restore the restaurant to its former glory. It's my sincere wish that Tripti Inn Restaurant can once again be a place where diners can savor exceptional culinary delights. Until then, I must regrettably explore other...
