Frankly speaking, we did not have much expectations. All biriyani we tested in Uttarpara has never been up to the mark ever. But I must say, for the 1st time I am in awe. I bought two biriyani from here, I asked for one with fat and one without fat, they gave as per my choice. First the quantity: absolutely okey. No complain Taste: First thing I noticed no artificial colours and smell, really loved it. Rice is well cooked, Potato ( one) was hard, other was okay.
