First of all it's near the public bus stand of balurghat Bus stop. Location is easily accessible. Then coming to its ambience, its very well decorated and neat clean,hygienic. প্রসঙ্গ ১- বিরিয়ানি:

মন্তব্য: ক) বিরিয়ানিতে কি কি আছে? -তেল-সপসপে ভাতের দানা। -১ -তিন-পিস মটন (একটি হাড়, দুটি চর্বি) -২ -একখান হালকা হলুদ রঙের ডিম। -৩ -সেদ্ধ না হওয়া একখান বিশালকায় আলু।-৪ -সুস্বাদু রায়তা। -৫

উপরের ২,৩,৪ নম্বর মন্তব্য থেকে বোঝা যায়, বিরিয়ানি যেটুকু অবশেষে পাতে আসে, তাতে একজন যুবকের পেট ভরা একটু কষ্টসাধ্য ব্যাপার!

খ) তবে বিরিয়ানিতে সামগ্রিক তেলের পরিমান প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় বেশি থাকায়, আপনি সহজেই দু-তিন মুঠো ভাত ওতে মেখে নিতে পারবেন।

গ) স্বাদের ব্যাপারে মন্তব্য করে অযথা সময় নষ্ট করছি না। তবে, অতিরিক্ত গোলাপ জল দিয়ে তেলের চ্যাট-চ্যাটে ভাব দূর করা গেলে আমি আনন্দ পেতাম।

ঘ) কমন-সেন্স ব্যবহার করুন বিরিয়ানি অর্ডার দেবার আগে। যদি শুধু রায়তা খাওয়া যায় ওটাই নিন। বেশ ভালো ওটা।

প্রসঙ্গ ২- মটন কষা

মন্তব্য: ক) প্রত্যেক হোটেলের মটন কষার (যাকে লাইন হোটেলে 'মাংসের ঝোল' বলা হয়) একটা আলাদা, কিন্তু একই রকমের স্বাদ ও গন্ধ থাকে, এখানেও তাই।

খ) গ্রেভি (পড়ুন ঝোল) সুস্বাদু ছিল। তবে আলুমুনিয়ামের ফয়েলে সেটা পাঠানো হয়, অতএব, inertia of motion আর inertia of rest এর মধ্যে তাল সামলাতে না পেরে, প্লাসটিকের প্যাকেটের নিচের দিকে জমে যায়। (এর জন্যে অবশ্য Aluminium, ধাতুর malleability, এবং inertia দায়ী)

গ) ৮-৯ পিস মাংস ছিল (একটু সন্দেহ আছে) ছোট থেকে বেশ-ছোট সাইজের টুকরো। ১:২:২ অনুপাতে মাংস (পড়ুন সলিড), হাড়, চর্বি দিয়ে সাজানো।
