Punjabi Food Junction — Restaurant in West Bengal

Yesterday Evening (27-Jan-2021) I ordered for 2 Mutton biriyanis from Punjabi Food Junction HB Town and it was delivered by them only where the price was INR 220 each. But the Mutton quality was very much disappointing as it was only bone and flesh was very nominal. I immediately report that to the restaurant, and they asked for a video call to share the mutton quantity. When I did the same, they reject the video call and asked me to send the picture. I shared the picture but not getting any response from them, So, again I called them. Then they said it was their standard size. I explained them it was only bone where flesh is very nominal. That time they told that they have very limited quantity left at that moment so they can’t replace it. The quality of rice which they served was very dry with contains no such oil which suggests it was taken from the top part of the handi. If it took from the lower part of handi then it must be oily and not dry which suggests...

Previously I heard and checked the review of this Punjubi restaurant and also ordered from Zomato. But this time I visited the place and take out my dinner. I bought Chicken tandoori, Chicken Lababdar and Tandoori Roti and bought it according to their recommendation. My experience was quite good. The Tandoori was appetizing and I think it easily surpass the taste of Sher-E-Punjab. The amount was also quite satisfying. The Chicken Lababdar was cooked with the base of butter and reshmi which was also moreish.
