I had the misfortune of dining at the Silver Spoon Restaurant, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. From the moment I stepped foot in the establishment, I was greeted with unprofessionalism at every turn. The waiters and staff demonstrated a shocking lack of courtesy and competence that left me questioning how this restaurant could even remain in business.

First and foremost, the waiters seemed utterly disinterested in serving the customers. They were busy chatting amongst themselves, paying little attention to the diners' needs. I had to wait excessively just to get their attention, and when I finally managed to flag down a waiter, they seemed annoyed by my mere presence. The lack of attentiveness and basic customer service was truly disheartening.

The staff's attitude extended to the quality of service as well. My order arrived late, and when it did, it was completely wrong! It seemed as though the staff couldn't be bothered to take note of the specifics of the order. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the waiter was dismissive and made me feel like I was the one at fault. There was no sense of accountability or desire to rectify the situation.

Additionally, the restaurant itself was in a state of disarray. Tables were left uncleared for far too long, and the floor was dirty and sticky, giving off a vibe of neglect and poor hygiene. The whole ambiance was far from what one would expect from a supposedly reputable dining establishment.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best. Even if the service had been impeccable, the quality of the dishes would still be far from impressive. The presentation lacked finesse, and the flavors were underwhelming. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretful of wasting my time and money at Silver Spoon.

In conclusion, the Silver Spoon Restaurant has proven to be an establishment with unprofessional and uncaring waiters and staff. The lack of customer service, along with the poor quality of food and overall ambiance, makes it an absolute disappointment. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this restaurant; there are far better options available that actually value...

I have given the 2 stars probably because the food was okay. No complaints with the food as such. But the behaviour we got from the staff negated every good thing. We were a group of 6-7 people and two of us had ordered biriyani, the rest ordered fried rice. Th fried rice came, and even after waiting for 1.5 hrs the biriyani never came....It was almost 10 pm, we had to leave, some of us were not local people and lived in baguiati and maniktala. Another waiter shows up and says the order had never been written down so they disnt know about the biriyani! We asked what was ready right now and got a packet of fried rice packed. Now started our ordeal for the bill.. We kept on asking for the bill, nobody had the tine to stop and talk, 'its coming' was all we got! At about 10:30 we stood up, ready to leave out of frustalration, constant phone calls were coming from parents, still no waiter showed up. And then we left...we went down the stairs, onto the b.t road. My brother rightly said, that they would come running after us, and sure enough a person in apron comes running at us, furious. We could have left, but stopped our car and got down to pay the bill! But the man instead of apologizing was giving us moral lectures!!

Average Bar & Restaurant...!!! If you do not have a Membership, then you will have to provide an ID and enter your details in a register here...!!! Felt like checking in into a hotel kind of...!!! Ambience, Food and everything is average...!!! We keep having food & drinks here but the last time we had been here, it was a really horrible experience (sometime in Oct 2020)...!!! June 2023 Ordeal - If you are having Beer then you need to keep all the Beer Bottles on the table, otherwise there might be a problem in counting or they will charge for an extra...!!! It happened with Me & My Friends I Requested them to check the CCTV camera but they refused to do so...!!! Since Me & My Friends was Drunk could not argue much & had to pay...
