Suruchi Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

Over hyped, they do not maintain a basic quality neither quantity. Its never been a value for money!! They are just waiting to make you fool with every aspects. Customer Service is also worst!! From my experience, they just did paid promotions through some chaprashi food bloggers to promote their restaurant.

They have two segments in same place. One is daily hotel for regular customers. Other floor, they hv AC which is not working properly always. They just serve u that regular food only at their restaurant segments with high price. They thought people are foolish!!

Finally, they will also give u incorrect bill purposely since they always hv a thought, all guest are fool, they will not cross check the invoice and pay...

I recently visited Suruchi Restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.

Positives:

The interior of the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Negatives:

Food items lacked cleanliness and hygiene, particularly the chef. Observed food preparation in an unhygienic area beside the restaurant, on the roadside. Exorbitant prices for menu items. Comparable food and facilities available elsewhere at lower prices.

Disappointing Experience: Suruchi Restaurant's cleanliness standards for food preparation fell short. The high prices didn't justify the subpar quality. It felt deceiving.
