The Aala — Restaurant in West Bengal

Very worst experience. Food quality was very bad this time. I have been to this restaurant around 4 times, this was the worst experience.

We three friends went for food, we ordered fried roce and chilli chicken. Also, the manager who was seving suggested us chicken tandoor masala with fried rice, he said this is our new dish and it will go well with fried rice. And we ordered along with salad.

Salad was the worst part. We had cucumber ,onion ,chilli and lemon. Cucumber was so bitter, we could hardly had any single piece of them. Onions was looking very dry.. overall the salad was not fresh at all. They said they will exclude it from bill, but we were charged 🙄 Chilli chicken was good.. i really liked it. Fried rice was not good at all. Rice was smelly, seems like they took out the rice from fridge and just fried it again with chicken, prawn egg and some other stuff. U were getting no smell of oil, ghee or anything and the rice was completely dry. We asked them kindly fry the rice in ghee or oil because it was very dry. The next rice we ordered it was full with masala and salty.. honestly we couldn't even finis the bowl of rice.. Last item was chicken tandoori masala. As per their explanation, they brought out the tandoori chicken from oven and put in the gravy. It was a good item, not bad, but wandered how could they suggest it with fried rice. Dude, this items are good with roti, or plain rice, not fried rice.. ☹️🙄. Also the chciken we had was not fresh at all.

I am not a food critic or have any bad intertions against this restaurant. We three friends just went there and had food and we had this experience.

You know what was the worst part, the manager there was showing us attitude, he said, we are serving food to so many tables, but we are getting complains from one table only. As of we went there for free food.😀

Honestly this kind of experience not expected from any restaurant and...

Food was good, but waiter nd manager behaviour bad way, I visited 4 time, everytime come for food quality, last time I come 20 days before, order soup 🍲.chili chicken, rice , starter, chicken was very hard, not even cut by teeth. Might be use previous day chicken 🐔 frozen, not cooked well. Called waiter talk about problem , he check, later he said it's not hard.
