Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

Have you ever heard chicken himalayan momo do not contain chicken it contains onion only. Their staff is saying that to up-sell chicken darjeeling momo at Rs. 70 rupees more. In there thought process if you purchase chicken darjeeling momo you will only get that.

Wow momo management please train your staff.

More over they do not keep smaller pista kulfi which is there in the menu rather they keen on selling larger kulfi.

And finally they don't have bottled pepsi at Rs. 60 , initially took the order and having that in the stock they are openly saying they have it in can.

Konnagar Wow momo team whom you are making fool. If you not able to provide customer delight you will not sustain in Long run. Management I don't know is this how you train people to upsell or its their individual...

The food is great. There's nothing better than the Winter Combo that Wow Momo has been offering the past few months. The momos are fresh, the mobergs are crispy and the employees are very kind with the sauce and mayonnaise.

Overall, the service and the food is the best you could ask for.

However, the space for dining is pretty small, and doesn't hold more than 3 sets of people. The chairs to sit on are also not very comfortable. That is the only complaint about the place. However, that doesn't make it any less than 5 stars because to me the food and behaviour of the employees...

This wow momo in The small town of Konnagar has the same price as that of city centre 1,2 or any other mall, actually I felt it was higher. Paid 177 for 5 simple fried momos. Not even cheese or anything special.The quality was very bad. I never have indigestion with Wow momo food, but I had from the ones I ate here.
