Wow! Momo — Restaurant in West Bengal

I recently ordered steam and fride momos from your store for the first time, and I must say the experience was extremely disappointing. The momos I received were clearly not fresh and seemed to have been made several days ago. They had an unpleasant smell that made them inedible.

This was not the quality I expected, and it has left me with a very negative impression of your service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality control...

Had a chicken thukpa..bang average .lots of scope for improvement.staffs are well behaved...but thukpa could improve..a bit more spicy and tangy won't be bad. Wow momo management should intervene here..the place could be one of the most expensive places but not keeping the brand name up to the mark .. definitely some intervention from other leading outlets..who cud add value to such nicely...

I actually ordered the pan fried momos but the moburg was completely ruined and smelled bad and it happens many times whenever I ordered it from online delivery platform.... And many times the momos are also not completely fried .. and I don't say that wow momos are bad, I also order it from barrackpore but there I don't face this type of...
